Refund and Returns Policy
Please read these Refund policies (“Refunds”, “Terms of Refunds”) carefully before using the https://teeezme.com website marketing, booking and payment platform (the “Platform”) operated by Corporate Services Trust, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
The Platform operates as a multi-vendor marketplace whose vendors (“Teeeztainers”) independently offer private, non-sexual, entertainment services to, with and amongst adults, which involve various degrees of dress, to undress, to full nudity. The Platform acts as a marketing, booking and payment agency (“Agency”) only. In its Agency role, the Platform charges an agency commission (the “Commission”) equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of all gross bookings. Said Commission charge is shared on an equal fifty percent/fifty percent (50%/50%) basis between the Teeeztainer and the Platform User. As such, the Platform charges each Teeeztainer an agency Commission of ten percent (10%) of all gross bookings and also charges each User a Platform usage Commission of ten percent (10%) of all gross bookings for use of the Platform.
The Platform’s service offerings are for visual, private entertainment purposes only. The Platform DOES NOT promote, condone, support, endorse, suggest, infer, include or guarantee the performance of sex and/or the performance of any sexual acts and/or sexual activities between and amongst a Teeeztainer and a Platform User. Further, the Platform does not act, nor serve, as the arbiter, judge or jury in any consensual relationship, between two (2) or more consenting adults, which may be subsequently and separately entered into and/or pursued between and amongst an independent Platform Teeeztainer and an independent customer of the Platform.
At the submission of a Platform customer Order, the status of said Order is marked by the Platform as “Processing”. As related to fulfilling a Platform customer’s Order, the Platform’s Teeeztainers assumes one hundred percent (100%) of the cost, time, commitment and risk related to guaranteeing their arrival at the agreed upon and/or booked performance venue. Upon physical arrival to the address of the agreed upon and/or booked performance venue, by the Teeeztainner, said Teeeztainer’s services are deemed by the Platform as “Delivered”. As such, the Platform Order status is thereby considered by the Platform as “Complete” and payment from the Platform customer for said Order is due and payable in full and said payment, and any Commission payments payable thereof, may be released immediately by the Platform customer from any escrow payment arrangement directly to the Teeeztainer and the Platform operator, respectively.
Platform Teeeztainers will not go on stage or otherwise render any level of entertainment performance whatsoever prior to said Platform Order being paid in full by the Platform customer and said funds are released in full and/or approved for release by the Platform customer, from any escrow payment arrangement, directly to the Teeeztainer.
The Platform makes Refunds to Platform Users in the following circumstances:
- 0% Refund of the original booking value for any order that IS NOT canceled within 24 hours or less from the scheduled and confirmed booking date.
- 100% Refund of the original booking value for any order THAT IS canceled within 24 hours or less from the scheduled and confirmed booking date.
- 100% Refund of the original booking value for any order whereby the booked Teeeztainer DOES NOT arrive (No Show) at the address of the agreed upon performance venue.
- 100% Refund of the original booking value for any order whereby the booked Teeeztainer DOES NOT go on stage, subsequent to the execution of a confirmed, FULL payment on the Order.
When a Refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three (3) business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
